ATHLETE
PERFORMANCE
PROGRAM
LONG-TERM DEVELOPMENT.
PERSONALIZED COACHING.
REAL RESULTS.

At Precision Athletix, we believe long-term athletic success doesn’t come from quick fixes or crowded group sessions—it comes from consistent, high-quality coaching tailored to the individual.
The Athlete Performance Program is built around one core belief: quality coaching changes the game. That’s why I intentionally limit in-person training to just two or three athletes per session. When you're one of eight or ten, it's easy to get lost. Form slips. Feedback gets missed. And what should be a focused session turns into just another workout.
That’s not good enough—especially if you’re coming back from injury, trying to break through a plateau, or chasing goals like earning a college scholarship.
This program isn’t about plugging you into a generic routine. It’s a precision-driven process where coaching is proactive, intentional, and responsive. I study how you move, monitor how your body adapts, and adjust your plan week to week—so your progress is not only measurable but sustainable.
You won’t just get workouts—you’ll get a dedicated partner in your corner. Someone who listens to your goals, holds you accountable, and designs a path specifically for you.
This integrated training system blends on-field speed development with focused strength and power work in the gym. Because true performance gains don’t happen in isolation—they’re built through a unified, strategic approach.
The Athlete Performance Program transforms training from a routine task into a personalized journey—designed to maximize your potential now and set you up for success in the seasons to come.

THE TRAINING APPROACH FOR THE ULTIMATE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE

THE
INDIVIDUAL
Every athlete is different—and your training should reflect that; your program should meet you where you are.
We take into account the whole picture—your goals, training background, injury risks, and competition schedule.

THE COMPETITOR
You can be strong in the weight room—but if it doesn’t show up in competition, it’s just numbers.
We focus on the physical qualities that matter most in your sport. Every rep has a purpose. Every session builds the competitor inside you.

THE
POSITION
Your position determines your movement patterns, energy system demands, and injury risks.
We program with those details in mind. You’ll train the way you need to perform.

THE
SPORT
We break down the movement demands, tempo, and intensity of your sport and replicate it in your training.
That means working on the qualities that actually transfer to the field, court, or track.

1. ACCESS INNOVATIVE PERFORMANCE TESTING
Your training is guided by advanced performance testing to ensure that your program is hitting the mark and getting you the biggest return on your investment.
Every athlete does an initial analysis and is re-assessed monthly to monitor progress, training effectiveness, and detect any "red flags" that need attention. This ensures that you're maximizing performance and minimizing risk of injury.

2. TAP INTO A NEW LEVEL OF STRENGTH & TRANSFORM YOUR GAME
Developing strength is critical for athletes. It lays the groundwork for both power and speed and reduces your risk of injury.
Stronger muscles produce more force, which directly improves acceleration, top-end speed, and the ability to decelerate effectively.

3. GENERATE EXPLOSIVE POWER SO YOU DOMINATE IN THE BIG MOMENTS
In sports winning and losing is determined by milliseconds and inches.
Power is the ability to generate force quickly, and it is critical for sprinting and agility. It bridges the gap between strength and speed and allows you to outjump, outrun, and outmaneuver your opponent.

4. ACHIEVE SPEED & AGILITY YOU NEVER THOUGHT POSSIBLE
Speed and the ability to react and change direction on a dime distinguishes the pros from the amateurs.
You'll improve sprint mechanics, strength, power, and enhance agility with deceleration, reaction-based drills, and biomechanics.

5. GUIDANCE BY YOUR OWN CERTIFIED STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SPECIALIST
When you have a coach with over a decade of experience in sports performance and sports rehab in your corner, you're able to shatter even your own expectations with confidence.
You will train with a maximum of 2 other athletes because every athlete deserves personalized coaching to maximize performance gains.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is my program customized to my needs? No two athletes are created equal, and because of that, all programs are individualized as needed for our athletes. The sports assessment allows us to identify exactly what you need to take your performance to the next level in a way that is unique to you.
How is my progress monitored? Athlete progress is constantly monitored. Whether that’s in day-to-day training and reporting, or more formally every eight to twelve weeks with performance testing using VALD Performance technology. We hold ourselves accountable to data and believe that what doesn’t get measured doesn’t get improved.
How often should I train to maximize results? All training programs are individualized for our athletes and for that reason, some athletes will see results with two sessions, while others might need more. We make suggestions on training frequency based on variables including: your schedule, whether you are in pre-season, off- season, or in-season, and your training history. Generally, the higher your exposure to strength, power, and speed training, the greater the outcome. We recommend at least three (3) sessions per week for higher level athletes. If you’re a novice to this form of training, two (2) times per week usually works well.
Why can’t I pay per session? “Rome wasn’t built in a day.” The same applies to athletic ambition and performance. Precision Athletix training is a MEMBERSHIP that grants access to multiple inclusions. Committing to a membership encourages consistent training. It allows enough time for our expertise, training system, and your hard work to produce incredible results.
Am I coached and supervised when I train? Yes, semi-private training offers 4:1 athlete: coach ratio meaning you will train with up to 4 other athletes at a time. We keep our athlete-to-coach ratio low to ensure adequate supervision and more personalized experience.
At what age do you start training athletes? There is an expectation of a high level of maturity and focus during our coaching sessions. While we don’t usually work with athletes less than twelve years old, we have trained athletes as young as 12 years old. If we’re confident after meeting that you’ll fit our training culture, we’ll invite you to train. If you’re just a little too young, we’ll let you know when we think you’ll be ready.
What are my payment options? Auto-payments are made weekly to keep up front costs manageable for clients. Payment is due 7 days from initial payment and will continue for the duration of the training plan selected.
What if I miss a session, a session is canceled, or I go on vacation? If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, it WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. There are up to 15 training slots available every day, 75 slots a week, allowing ample availability for rescheduling. This model benefits ALL clients, allowing us to maintain open availability for scheduling flexibility and promotes consistent training to optimize outcomes. Currently, pauses in payments are ONLY available to our Comprehensive members. Pauses in payments will be applied for periods of absence lasting MORE than two (2) weeks, ONE TIME in a 16-week period and ONLY if a minimum of one (1) months’ notice is given. Our cancelation and vacation policies allow us to maintain: -open availability for scheduling flexibility -consistent training to optimize outcomes, allowing clients to ger their money’s worth. -access to quality equipment. -access to the latest sports science technology. -access to top-tier coaching with gold-standard certifications (CSCS, NASM-PES) who stay up to date on the most effective training practices.
It’s kind of expensive, why is that? Our program has inclusions that you won’t find anywhere else, and we also utilize elite technology in the program that you’d pay extra for with other training models. We build these into the price to keep it reasonable overall while covering costs. It allows us to continue utilizing technology, offer exclusive inclusions, and maintain scheduling flexibility for your convenience resulting in a top- quality program. Training is an investment in your athletic future. We understand that life is expensive, and we want our members to get their money’s worth. Our number one goal is to make a positive impact on athlete development and performance. We also know that sporadic per session training and short-term training does NOT work. Athletes will see short-term gains and then regress to where they started. Training is ONLY successful and worth the cost if it is consistent and progresses over a period of months to years. The Athlete Performance Program is a commitment, and it is NOT for everyone.
