CLEARED DOESN'T MEAN READY

IT'S NOT WHEN YOU RETURN, IT'S HOW YOU RETURN

Returning to sport after ACL reconstruction isn’t just about feeling ready—it’s about proving that your body can handle the real demands of competition. Sports aren’t controlled environments. They involve contact, unpredictability, and chaotic movements, requiring explosive power, dynamic control, and resilience under pressure.

Passing a hop test in a quiet clinic doesn’t mean you’re ready for the chaos of competition. By focusing on research-backed, sport-specific metrics, I ensure athletes return not just to play—but to dominate under real-game conditions.

DATA ANALYSIS
& REVIEW

After your testing session, I will carefully analyze all the data collected and review it with you. This is when I share recommendations and help you establish the foundation for your next steps.

ANALYSIS AT A GLANCE

HOW'S YOUR LIMB SYMMETRY & STRENGTH?

One of the biggest risk factors for re-injury is quadriceps weakness, especially when strength is less than 90% of the uninjured leg.

But sports aren’t played symmetrically. Athletes often compensate by favoring the uninjured leg, leading to imbalances that increase injury risk—especially in high-contact situations where stability is key.

Testing absolute strength and force production in each leg ensures athletes can withstand the unpredictable forces of competition.

HOW FAST
CAN YOU PRODUCE FORCE?

In sports, you don’t get time to think—you need to generate power instantly to sprint past a defender, contest a rebound, or change direction to avoid a tackle.

Since these moves happen off a single leg, ensuring both legs can produce fast, powerful force is crucial for safe and effective play.

Reduced Rate of Force Development (RFD) in the quadriceps and hamstrings leads to slower reactions and weaker knee stability, increasing injury risk.

HOW WELL DO YOU JUMP & LAND?

In sports, landings aren’t predictable—you’re reacting to opponents, absorbing contact mid-air, and adjusting last-second. Poor single-leg landing control can overload the knee, making it vulnerable to re-injury.

Testing how well each leg handles impact and absorbs force dynamically ensures both legs contribute evenly, reducing overload on the reconstructed knee.

DO YOU DECELERATE & CUT SAFELY & EFFECTIVELY?

Cutting and pivoting under pressure place huge demands on the knee, especially during single-leg push-offs. Athletes with slower or unbalanced cutting mechanics are at a higher risk of re-injury.

In fast-paced, chaotic sports, you have to react, not plan—cutting, pivoting, and evading defenders in unpredictable ways.

Testing how well each leg supports rapid direction changes under game-like conditions ensures movement is explosive, controlled, and efficient—without overloading the weaker side.

CAN YOU HANDLE THE DEMANDS OF YOUR SPORT?

Late-game injuries happen when chaos meets exhaustion. Fatigue weakens single-leg control, making athletes more likely to lose stability, react slower, and overload the knee.

But in competition, you don’t just stop when you’re tired—you push through contact, adjust to unpredictable movements, and fight for control in high-pressure, high-speed situations.

By testing balance, coordination, and force output under fatigue, we ensure both legs can handle the relentless demands of a full game—not just the first few plays.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is my program customized to my needs? No two athletes are created equal, and because of that, all programs are individualized as needed for our athletes. The sports assessment allows us to identify exactly what you need to take your performance to the next level in a way that is unique to you.

How is my progress monitored? Athlete progress is constantly monitored. Whether that’s in day-to-day training and reporting, or more formally every eight to twelve weeks with performance testing using VALD Performance technology. We hold ourselves accountable to data and believe that what doesn’t get measured doesn’t get improved.

How often should I train to maximize results? All training programs are individualized for our athletes and for that reason, some athletes will see results with two sessions, while others might need more. We make suggestions on training frequency based on variables including: your schedule, whether you are in pre-season, off- season, or in-season, and your training history. Generally, the higher your exposure to strength, power, and speed training, the greater the outcome. We recommend at least three (3) sessions per week for higher level athletes. If you’re a novice to this form of training, two (2) times per week usually works well.

Why can’t I pay per session? “Rome wasn’t built in a day.” The same applies to athletic ambition and performance. Precision Athletix training is a MEMBERSHIP that grants access to multiple inclusions. Committing to a membership encourages consistent training. It allows enough time for our expertise, training system, and your hard work to produce incredible results.

Am I coached and supervised when I train? Yes, semi-private training offers 4:1 athlete: coach ratio meaning you will train with up to 4 other athletes at a time. We keep our athlete-to-coach ratio low to ensure adequate supervision and more personalized experience.

At what age do you start training athletes? There is an expectation of a high level of maturity and focus during our coaching sessions. While we don’t usually work with athletes less than twelve years old, we have trained athletes as young as 12 years old. If we’re confident after meeting that you’ll fit our training culture, we’ll invite you to train. If you’re just a little too young, we’ll let you know when we think you’ll be ready.

What are my payment options? Auto-payments are made weekly to keep up front costs manageable for clients. Payment is due 7 days from initial payment and will continue for the duration of the training plan selected.

What if I miss a session, a session is canceled, or I go on vacation? If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, it WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. There are up to 15 training slots available every day, 75 slots a week, allowing ample availability for rescheduling. This model benefits ALL clients, allowing us to maintain open availability for scheduling flexibility and promotes consistent training to optimize outcomes. Currently, pauses in payments are ONLY available to our Comprehensive members. Pauses in payments will be applied for periods of absence lasting MORE than two (2) weeks, ONE TIME in a 16-week period and ONLY if a minimum of one (1) months’ notice is given. Our cancelation and vacation policies allow us to maintain: -open availability for scheduling flexibility -consistent training to optimize outcomes, allowing clients to ger their money’s worth. -access to quality equipment. -access to the latest sports science technology. -access to top-tier coaching with gold-standard certifications (CSCS, NASM-PES) who stay up to date on the most effective training practices.

It’s kind of expensive, why is that? Our program has inclusions that you won’t find anywhere else, and we also utilize elite technology in the program that you’d pay extra for with other training models. We build these into the price to keep it reasonable overall while covering costs. It allows us to continue utilizing technology, offer exclusive inclusions, and maintain scheduling flexibility for your convenience resulting in a top- quality program. Training is an investment in your athletic future. We understand that life is expensive, and we want our members to get their money’s worth. Our number one goal is to make a positive impact on athlete development and performance. We also know that sporadic per session training and short-term training does NOT work. Athletes will see short-term gains and then regress to where they started. Training is ONLY successful and worth the cost if it is consistent and progresses over a period of months to years. The Athlete Performance Program is a commitment, and it is NOT for everyone.
