ACL REHAB DONE RIGHT

Unlike traditional ACL programs that focus on short-term, session-by-session progress, The ACL Advantage emphasizes a long-term, performance-based recovery strategy. That means consistent, progressive loading and a seamless transition from rehab to performance training. This program combines cutting-edge sports science with personalized coaching to deliver results that exceed industry standards.

You won’t just be doing basic physical therapy exercises. You’ll be lifting, sprinting, decelerating, changing direction, and mastering the demands of your sport—all under the guidance of experienced performance professionals. From your first session to your return to competition, every part of the process is purposefully planned and closely monitored.

This isn’t just rehab. It’s athletic development built around your recovery.

2. RECOVERY WITHOUT SACRIFICING ATHLETICISM

Strategic micro-dosing of conditioning, mobility, running mechanics, drills, strength, and power ensures that you'll maintain or even exceed your previous level of fitness.

Because you'll be in control and not the insurance company, you can train up to 3x week in the gym and 2x week on the field or court

3. RETURN TO RUN & GAME SPEED WITH CONFIDENCE

Return to running is just the first step. You want to maximize your speed, acceleration, deceleration, and change-of-direction to return to sport with confidence in your abilities and in your body.

Weekly sessions on-field or on-court will help you re-acclimate and master these key elements of athleticism. With a qualified coach to guide you, you'll move better than ever.

4. A PLANNED & MANAGED RETURN TO PLAY

Just like your recovery journey, your return to sport will be guided and monitored. You'll have a clear timeline outlining progressive training and competition volumes.

5. ROUTINE
RE-ASSESSMENTS & ONGOING TRAINING TO STAY INJURY FREE

Acknowledging the risk of re-injury and that it generally occurs around 2 years post-surgery, it's extremely important that athletes stay on top of their health with routine re-assessments.

Athletes who continue with an Athlete Performance Membership will receive routine ACL specific testing every 3-4 months completely FREE for the length of their membership.

THE APPROACH THAT GETS
ACL REHAB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AROUND

PHASE ONE

SITE
PROTECTION

The focus of the protection phase is to restore the lost ROM as a result of the surgery and inflammation, while restoring normal gait and walking mechanics.

PHASE TWO

INTRODUCE
LOAD

Once you’ve regained full knee extension and reduced irritation, it’s crucial to begin structured strength training.

This phase marks the reintroduction of movements such as jumping and landing, helping to reintegrate them into your routine.

PHASE THREE

INCREASE
STRENGTH

This phase focuses on 2 key milestones, symmetry in leg strength and return to running.

You'll build bridge the gap between strength and capacity while gradually incorporating running back into your routine.

PHASE FOUR

INTEGRATE
TRAINING

This phase ensures you step back into training and competition with confidence in your strength and abilities.

We’ll start simulating sport-specific demands and gradually introduce you to the chaos of your sport in a calculated way.

PHASE FIVE

RETURN TO
PLAY

In the final phase, you’ll be spending time in the gym and out on the pitch or court with your team, dotting the "I’s" and crossing the "T’s" in your preparation to return to competition.

You’ll go through return to performance testing so no stone is left unturned.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is my program customized to my needs? No two athletes are created equal, and because of that, all programs are individualized as needed for our athletes. The sports assessment allows us to identify exactly what you need to take your performance to the next level in a way that is unique to you.

How is my progress monitored? Athlete progress is constantly monitored. Whether that’s in day-to-day training and reporting, or more formally every eight to twelve weeks with performance testing using VALD Performance technology. We hold ourselves accountable to data and believe that what doesn’t get measured doesn’t get improved.

How often should I train to maximize results? All training programs are individualized for our athletes and for that reason, some athletes will see results with two sessions, while others might need more. We make suggestions on training frequency based on variables including: your schedule, whether you are in pre-season, off- season, or in-season, and your training history. Generally, the higher your exposure to strength, power, and speed training, the greater the outcome. We recommend at least three (3) sessions per week for higher level athletes. If you’re a novice to this form of training, two (2) times per week usually works well.

Why can’t I pay per session? “Rome wasn’t built in a day.” The same applies to athletic ambition and performance. Precision Athletix training is a MEMBERSHIP that grants access to multiple inclusions. Committing to a membership encourages consistent training. It allows enough time for our expertise, training system, and your hard work to produce incredible results.

Am I coached and supervised when I train? Yes, semi-private training offers 4:1 athlete: coach ratio meaning you will train with up to 4 other athletes at a time. We keep our athlete-to-coach ratio low to ensure adequate supervision and more personalized experience.

At what age do you start training athletes? There is an expectation of a high level of maturity and focus during our coaching sessions. While we don’t usually work with athletes less than twelve years old, we have trained athletes as young as 12 years old. If we’re confident after meeting that you’ll fit our training culture, we’ll invite you to train. If you’re just a little too young, we’ll let you know when we think you’ll be ready.

What are my payment options? Auto-payments are made weekly to keep up front costs manageable for clients. Payment is due 7 days from initial payment and will continue for the duration of the training plan selected.

What if I miss a session, a session is canceled, or I go on vacation? If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, it WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. There are up to 15 training slots available every day, 75 slots a week, allowing ample availability for rescheduling. This model benefits ALL clients, allowing us to maintain open availability for scheduling flexibility and promotes consistent training to optimize outcomes. Currently, pauses in payments are ONLY available to our Comprehensive members. Pauses in payments will be applied for periods of absence lasting MORE than two (2) weeks, ONE TIME in a 16-week period and ONLY if a minimum of one (1) months’ notice is given. Our cancelation and vacation policies allow us to maintain: -open availability for scheduling flexibility -consistent training to optimize outcomes, allowing clients to ger their money’s worth. -access to quality equipment. -access to the latest sports science technology. -access to top-tier coaching with gold-standard certifications (CSCS, NASM-PES) who stay up to date on the most effective training practices.

It’s kind of expensive, why is that? Our program has inclusions that you won’t find anywhere else, and we also utilize elite technology in the program that you’d pay extra for with other training models. We build these into the price to keep it reasonable overall while covering costs. It allows us to continue utilizing technology, offer exclusive inclusions, and maintain scheduling flexibility for your convenience resulting in a top- quality program. Training is an investment in your athletic future. We understand that life is expensive, and we want our members to get their money’s worth. Our number one goal is to make a positive impact on athlete development and performance. We also know that sporadic per session training and short-term training does NOT work. Athletes will see short-term gains and then regress to where they started. Training is ONLY successful and worth the cost if it is consistent and progresses over a period of months to years. The Athlete Performance Program is a commitment, and it is NOT for everyone.
